Slant Dish Shade (saucer shade) white milk glass.

These take a 2 ¼ in shade holder (not included) and the light bulb socket (not included). Some are somewhat irregular.
Also, available is an 11 inch shade taking a 3 ¼ inch shade holder, again the holder or socket are not included.
All have a depth of about 1.5-2 inches, the shades a very flat.
The holders and sockets are readily available in various finishes on the internet or at a lighting parts store
